Make Music Co-Director Paul Gudgin has been involved in the management of major events for over 30 years. This includes the Aldeburgh Festival, Bury St Edmunds Festival, Durham Brass Festival and 8 years as Director of the world’s largest arts festival, the Edinburgh Fringe. This workshop will include advice on programming, marketing, event safety and running events more sustainably.
