Bookwatching
Join Leeds Libraries for a unique performance by Bookwatching, inspired by Leeds Libraries Music collections .
Bookwatching. Doors open at 5.30pm and beverages will be available to purchase. The event runs 6 – 8pm. Bookwatching combines projected visuals with live ambient electronic music, field recordings, and soundscapes. Intermittently we hear the voice of The Reader, giving life to selected annotations and quotes from the book, or adding an extra dimension with short bursts of poetry or prose. Bookwatching is an immersive viewing experience, brought to you by Joe Hunter and Marie Ouraga, accompanied by DJ Phil Warner. Find out more on Facebook & Instagram: @bookwatching
