The Story of make music day

In October 1981, Maurice Fleuret as Director of Music and Dance at the French Ministry of Culture, laid the foundations for a new concept: “Music will be everywhere and the concert will be nowhere!” His vision evoked a revolution in the field of music.

We put together a plethora of marketing materials, video tutorials, step-by-step toolkits and a bunch of other particulars from music organisations to help you plan, promote and have as much fun as possible on Make Music Day.

Most of these are relevant all year round!
